In response to the massive Beirut Blast on August 4th, I Leaf Art (art movement) is launching a creative disaster relief initiative to help rebuild the little hearts of Beirut. We are a group of humanitarians, psychologists, visual artists, painters, urban designers, we want to reach out to humans affected by the blast through their ruined, broken walls.
We aim to heal trauma by adding colors and illustrations to ruined walls of families with children affected by Beirut blast.
Helping those families overcoming the traumatized event by bringing back colors and dreams to the rooms of their young children, aged from 1 to 15 yo.
Our objective is to heal trauma through painting and illustrating walls of more than 25 children’s bedrooms. Using indirect art therapy to support their fears, soothe their bad memories, and giving them back dreams and beauty.
I leaf Art, is an initiative from several Volunteers working in collaboration with Little Push NGO.
